Our Review of ‘Muscle Gaining Secrets’
‘Muscle Gaining Secrets’ has been written by Jason Ferruggia, an expert in the muscle building field. An expert because he’s instructed others for 14 years and professionally trained for over 20 years and is one of the top conditioning and strength coaches in the US. The basic principle of his book is helping skinny guys and hardgainers build muscle mass and keep it on.
A unique feature of this program is that due to Jason’s experience, it contains a huge amount of information that you just won’t really find everywhere. He doesn’t just jump straight into the training but goes takes you through the initial warm-ups to avoid injuries, he also goes into detailed explanations of how effective all the exercises are, how to perform them correctly and the ideal reps for different goals.

Since this is an honest review of the program we had to include any negative factors. We thought a link to some videos would have been good for a beginner when learning certain lifts and more helpful than pictures.

Ease of Use – It’s all laid out in simple to follow terms, work-out plans, diet and meal plans. You don’t have to guess anything it’s all there.
3x Working Out Per Week – Life gets busy, we liked the fact that the program doesn’t make you work out 5 or 6 times a week like many other hardgainer programs.
In Depth – The book goes into great detail about the important things we need to know, reps, exercises and recovery, this helps build a great understanding of how to build muscle effectively.
Progression – This book will progress as you do, when you past beginner or intermediate, it will see you right through to advanced training and getting really effective muscle gains.
Final Thoughts
At the end of the day, Muscle Gaining Secrets is a pretty incredible book and manual in helping hardgainers and ectomorphs out there pack on serious muscle mass effectively. The book alone is pretty amazing but it comes with some impressive bonus books and features so the whole package is well worth the money so we’d give this a 5 out of 5.
